My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues that left me frustrated. The location was convenient for my needs, but the conditions of the rooms and the lack of service really overshadowed anything positive. It was hard to enjoy my time there with such major concerns about cleanliness and management's negligence in addressing problems.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay overall. The first room had serious cleanliness issues, with stained carpet and long hair in the bathtub. I ended up switching rooms several times due to maintenance problems, which really took away from my experience. On the positive side, the staff was polite and tried to be helpful, but the conditions of the hotel were just unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family stay, especially with kids.
